# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking.
02 - Place peeled and cubed potatoes in salted boiling water and cook until fork-tender, approximately 15 to 18 minutes. Drain thoroughly.

08 - Transfer the lentil mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spoon mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
