# How to Make It:
- Combine shrimp with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes in a bowl. Toss to coat evenly and set aside to marinate while preparing remaining components.
- Bring salted water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Cook noodles according to package directions until tender. Drain and rinse under cold running water to cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, and toasted sesame seeds until fully combined.
- Add cooled noodles to the sauce mixture and toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill marinated shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked through.
- Divide dressed noodles evenly between serving bowls. Arrange grilled shrimp on top of noodles. Layer carrot, cucumber, spring onions, cilantro, and red bell pepper over shrimp. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
